Vote on photos that members submit in the group. Basically vote yes or no what you want to appear in the gallery section. They also suggest photographs into the group that they think would fit into the gallery.
To become a contributor you must be active on deviantART and have a great taste in photography. You also have to read over the rules before voting --> http://flawless-perfection.deviantart.com/journal/R-U-L-E-S-218752310
